This time for the Thoracic department I didn’t do that much filing…I just went into the EPR(Electronic Patient Records) and made sure that their file is up-to-date. In the Osteoporosis department I just called patients to remind them about their appointment, faxed some papers and pulled out patient files. The only exciting thing that happened was a code red(fire).
This is another one of my tats of Jesus…this is a Filipino version of him so he might look different from your Jesus…it is on the same arm with Kevin. I have three tats so far and it will not be the last lol I’m working of my sleeve .
Thit tat is for my godson that passed away from SIDS(Sudden Infant Death Syndrome)…his name was Angel.
I was almost late today but I clocked in right at 8:30. Did not do anything new today just the same data entry shit. So basically they give me the times and I just calculate the time patients waited. I did atleast over 600 time slips today…my life sucks! Lol.
